The District Administration Kangpokpi is all geared up for organising the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) in Kangpokpi district. Regarding the Yatra, District Level Officers meeting was held today at the Office Chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, Kangpokpi.
It was decided that the Yatra will be held at the venue Krishi Vigyan Kendra Hengbung on 17th and 18th January 2024. It will cover villages Hengbung, Mayangkhang and Taphou Kuki on 17th January, 2024, while Changoubung, T. Khullen, Ningthoupham on 18th January this month. During the Yatra, all the departments will open stalls at the venue for awareness of the schemes and services available in their concerned departments.
It may be mentioned that under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner, ADC Kangpokpi, CEO SH-ADC, SDO T. Waichong/Saitu-Gamphazol, SDC (HQ), District Nodal Officer for VBSY (Forest, Environment and Climate Change), District Information Office (DIO) of Information and Public Relations Department, DIT, District Informatics Officer (NIC) and other line departments are making arrangements for the successful conduct of the Yatra.
