The 7th foundation day of Kangleipak Calendar Board was held at Manipur Press Club, Imphal at 10:30 am today. During the function D.I.G. RANGE 2 Manipur, Dr. Soibam Ibocha IPS, President of Kangleipak calendar board , W. Homendro singh, consultative member of UCM H.Ibotombi khuman , Vice President of SEACO Sanabam Amuchou Mangang and Ksh Somorendro attended as Chief guest, president and guest of honours respectively.
A Book titled “Kanglei Khutpai-2015-2016 was also released by D.I.G.-Range-2 Dr. Soibam Ibomcha.
