JAC Against the brutal killing of K.Ibemhal Devi of Poirou khongjin today said that they will never accept the death body of the deceased unless the culprit involved in the killing of Ibemhal has been arrested and awarded befitting punishment. Speaking at Manipur Press Club today afternoon, President of the JAC Laishram Basanta Singh said that the JAC will submit memorandum to the Home Minister for arrest of the culprits.
The 60 years old K. Ibemhal was found dead in a suspicious way at around 5 pm at his residence at Poirou Khongjin in Imphal East.
