ILP protest: Transporters to cease work

Demanding the implementation of ILP system in the state Thoubal District Transporters Union, Thoubal (TDTUT) called to stop transportation of passenger services on 11th August from 05.00 am to 05.00 pm.Speaking to media person Secretary, L. Devkumar Singh, TDTUT said in a press conference that the union supports the agitation taken up by various organisations. With the demand of the introduction of ILP system the union will stop transportation of passenger services for all the transporter society registered under the union. He further appealed to all the transporter (T/Magic/Winger/Auto Rickshaw/ T Iris/ Bus etc) operating at the district to stop their service on the same day.
