A team of Manipur Police led by Inspector Oinam Ajit Singh, Officer in Charge of Lilong Police Station and Assistant Sub Inspector Md. Ramjan Mubarak of the same police station along with members of ALADA and ANJUMAN seized 142 nos of illegal cough syrup bottles from a person from Lilong Awang Leikai at around 10.30 pm yesterday. The person identified as Md. Meraimayum Ithem @ Amir Hussain (24) S/O Md. Hessam of Lilong Awang Leikai has been arrested.
