IDP students of D.M. College Arts yet to receive benefits under CM’s Rehabilitation Scheme

Thokchom Raj Singh, a representative of the IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) students from D.M. College of Arts, under Dhanamanjuri University, has voiced concerns over the lack of progress in availing benefits under the Chief Minister’s College Student Rehabilitation Scheme.
According to Thokchom Raj Singh, the students have already submitted the required documents and formally applied for the scheme. However, despite fulfilling the necessary procedures, they have not received any form of support or benefit till date.
“We enquired with the D.M. University administration, but they informed us that there has been no communication or response from the Department of Education (University) regarding our applications,” said Thokchom Raj Singh.
The students have appealed to the relevant authorities to look into the matter urgently and ensure that genuine IDP students are provided with the support assured under the scheme.
