HNA cadre apprehended

Troops of 7 AR under 27 Sect AR under aegis of Red Shield Division apprehended one HAMAR NATIONAL ARMY (HNA) cadre with weapons from Khomoi (Tuibong) in Churachandpur.
Based on specific intelligence reports regarding the presence of a HNA cadre with weapons for carrying out extortion activities in Khomoi, the troops of 7 AR immediately launched an operation along with Police representatives at 11:30 pm on 15 Feb 2016, said a release from PIB Defense Wing.
The Security forces apprehend the cadre with Army No 20557, SS Private, Remmawi (53) S/O Chala of Cipikon Tipaimukh village, Churachandpur district along with two 9 MM Pistol, 2 Magazines and 5 live ammunition at 11:55 pm. The apprehendee and the weapons were handed over to Police Station Churachandpur.
