A team of state motor vehicle department led by its inspector Th. Dinachandra singh, today monitored vehicles which doesn’t have IND number at Tera Lukram leirak area in Imphal west. More than 150 vehicles have been monitored. Those vehicles without IND no. were either fined Rs.200 or gave the facility to register IND no. on the spot.
