Grade-IV employee denied salary as Senior MO, Moreh Hospital dishonoured Director’s order

A Grade-IV employee of the State Directorate of Health Services, identified as Md. Ayub Khan, who has been posted as field worker at Special Malaria Unit of Moreh Hospital since January 2007 has been denied salary for the month of January 2021 as the Senior Medical Officer of the hospital dishonoured ‘stay order’ issued by the Director of Health Services.
As per source the employee was transferred in July 2, 2020 from the hospital but again the order have been stayed by another order issue by the Director Health Services on September 28, 2020. It added that the persons has been enjoyed his salary w.e.f. July to December, 2020 without any break.
On December, 2020 the Senior Medical Officer of Moreh Hospital identified as Dr. H. Manoranjan, issued release order of the Grade-IV employee Md. Ayub Khan who transferred order issued on July 2, 2020 but has been stayed by another order of the Director in September 28, 2020. The source said that whether the stay order of the Director, Health and Services can be dishonoured by the Senior Medical Officer is a matter of serious violation to the Government service rule. Following that Md. Ayub Khan have been denied salary for the month of January 2021.
