Governors’ silence to the ongoing impasse at the Manipur University has been condemned by section of people from academic circle. The Governor of Manipur is the Chief Reactor of the Manipur University and the governor has every right to intervene to any development which affect academic atmosphere in the University due to tussle between the Vice Chancellor and the University authority or students.
