Deputy Chief Minister, Gaikhangam today said that Chief Minister, Okram Ibobi Singh will hold meeting with the members of JCILPS soon after his arrival at Imphal today evening.
Speaking to media persons at Congress Bhavan today, Gaikhangam said government is looking ahead for a speedy solution of the present agitation by introducing a permit system for non-locals in the state.
“Chief Minister, Okram Ibobi Singh will invite the members of the JCILPS to hold talk with the government”, Gaikhangam said.
The Chief Minister, who was in New Delhi in connection with the Naga- NSCN (IM) accord, has arrived here today.
