A Financial Literacy Awareness Programme, along with the observance of National Farmers Day, was held today at the office of Wangjing GPL MPCS Limited, Wangjing. The programme was organised by the Manipur State Co-Operative Bank (MSCB), Thoubal Branch.
During the event, 56 KCC loanees were felicitated by MSCB, Thoubal Branch. Of the total, 44 loanees belonged to Primary Agriculture Co-Operative Societies (PACS/GPL MPCS Ltd), while 12 were from Farmers Producer Companies/Organisations (FPC/FPO).
The programme was attended by K. Tarakeshwori Devi, DGM of MSCB, Thoubal; N. Rameshwor Singh, Branch Manager; H. Jugindro of Leisangthem GP; and M. Nabadweep of Tentha GP as presidium members.
