Fast-unto-death protestor admitted at RIMS

Imphal, June 9: General Secretary of Neinashang Community Hall of Tera Loukrakpam Leikai, Subash Maibam (44) which has been undergoing fast-unto-death protest since June 4 has been admitted at RIMS emergency ward today morning at around 10.30 am after his health condition deteriorated.
Subash already completed 4 day of his fast-unto-death and today was the 5th day. Local club members and the meira paibi while speaking to media persons stated that they had informed the medical department authority about his health condition but non came.
A team of Lamphel Police who rushed to the spot evacuated him to RIMS where he is being admitted, currently.
Subash had earlier stated that he will continue his fast-unto-death protest until the ILPS is implemented in the state.
