Dr Vijay Garg conferred Surjeet Patra Award at Ludhiana ceremony

Eminent writer Dr Vijay Garg was conferred the prestigious Surjeet Patra Award at a function held in Ludhiana. The award ceremony was organised by the Idiot Club Punjab as part of the Jaspal Bhatti Award event.
The Surjeet Patra Award, presented under the Best Writing Award category, recognises distinguished contributions in the field of literature. Dr Vijay Garg was selected for the honour in recognition of his outstanding literary achievements and sustained contribution to the literary and artistic sphere.
During the programme, ten prominent personalities associated with different art forms were also felicitated for their accomplishments.
Expressing his gratitude after receiving the award, Dr Vijay Garg said it was a matter of immense pride to be honoured in the name of the renowned poet Surjit Patar.
