Imphal, April 18: A person who tried to steal a bicycle from the residence of one Koijam Shyamsunder of Langthabal Lep Mayai Leikai under Singjamei Police Station has been caught by the locals of the area early today morning. The cycle lifter is identified as Pheiroijam Joy Singh (age 35) son of Ph. Lukhoi of Sugunu Makha Leikai. He has been handed over to Singjamei Police.
