Imphal, Sept 25: The Centre for Research and Advocacy, Manipur (CRAM) is organizing a State Consultation on “Development and Displacement”, at Manipur Press Club, on September 26 at 10 am.
A released of the CRAM said that the Consultation aims to reflect the issues of unsustainable development processes and forced eviction in Manipur and the arbitration of developmental and peoples’ rights standards at all levels. The meet also aims to identify challenges of securing justice to communities challenged by forced eviction.
