News about the reinstate of border pillar No. 81 inside the territory of Manipur has drawn serious attention of the Manipur Pradesh Committee.
Spokesperson of the party MLA Joykishab while talking to Imphal Times said that a committee to look into the matter will be formed soon after returning back to Manipur and will visit the site to make sure that the report stand true.
Joykishan further said that if the report is true than the congress party will not remain silent and will be deal as per the law of the land.
“We will not allow losing even a single piece of our land. Either it may be to appease a rebel group or to appease the neighbouring country, the congress party will always stand for the protection of the states’ territorial integrity.
Joykishan also added that many lives had sacrificed for the territorial integrity of the erstwhile nation and we will not allow anybody to distort the state until a single drop of blood runs to our vein.
