Chakpa Phayeng Village Protection Committee demanded authority of Sadar Hill West SDC, Kangchup and Gamphazol, SDC to authenticate the claim of existence of Songyang Khunou presently known as Kangchup Phaizwal village at 60- Chakpa Phayeng.
Reportedly the village, which is not enlisted in the State Government’s Gazette of 1984, has celebrated the 50 years of existence on Aug 29, 2015, said a release from the committee
