Combined team of Imphal West Police and Assam Rifles today conducted search operation at Thangmeiband Sinam leikai at around 5 am today morning. The search operation conducted under the supervision of Additional SP Meghachandra had picked up 15 suspects for further verification. Police source said that the combing operation is being conducted as there are information about the preparation being made to celebrate the 36th Raising Day of the rebel group People’s Liberation Army.
