Imphal, Feb 14: Chief Minister N Biren Singh greets the people of Manipur on the occasion of Lui-Ngai-Ni Festival, 2018 scheduled to celebrate tomorrow.
“Lui-Ngai-Ni, the seed sowing festival, is one of the biggest festivals of the Nagas. The festival not only elevates the social ethics and inspires a sense of oneness among Nagas but also spreads a message of friendship and oneness among the various communities in the state”, the statement said.
