Thoubal, Oct.1:Chief Minister N. Biren Singh will inaugurate the Imphal Evenings tomorrow at the heart of Imphal city at Nityaipat Chuthek. MAHUD and Town Planning Minister Th. ShyamKumar Singh will also join the Chief Minister in the auspicious occasion.
Imphal Evening is a new experiment of the government led by Chief Minister N. Biren Singh to encourage night life in the city.
