Imphal, June 28: Chief minister Nongthongbam Biren will launch the Manipur State Journalists Welfare Fund in the evening of coming June 30 at a function which will be hosted at the Chief Minister ’s Secretariat at Babupura. The launch of MSJWF will be one of many new initiatives planned by administration to celebrate the 100 days of the BJP led government in the state. Information minister Th Bishwajit will also be alongside N Biren during the programme. The chief minister will also release a multi-coloured booklet on the achievement of the government which will be published by the department of information and public relationship. A 30-minute documentary film on the compl etion of 100 days of the present state government will also be released during the programme. Afterwards, Biren will launch a DIPR Manipur app.
