Imphal, June 21:
Chief Minister N Biren Singh today conducted a review meeting of the ongoing construction works for the expansion of the Bir Tikendrajit International Airport Imphal.
According to the report, Chief Minister N Biren was briefed by the Authority implementing the works in connection with the construction of the International Cargo terminal, construction of an emergency exit road, and construction of hangar etc.
The meeting was attended by P Vaiphei, Additional Chief Secretary, an official of the PHED, Transport, Airport Authority of India, MANDICO, MTDC and representative of the firm implementing agency of the work programme.
