Imphal, April 22: Chief Minister N Biren will be leaving for New Delhi tomorrow around noon. Details of his schedule at the national capital are not available yet. However, sources said Biren is likely to hold meetings with BJP national leaders and apprise them of the changes in political scenario of the state in the aftermath of more MLAs and local body members from the Congress joining the party.
