Imphal, Sept 25: Clients of a job consultant service center, called Shiva Job Consultant Pvt.Ltd located at Uripok Kangchup road today alleged that the center has been shut down after collecting huge amount of money in the name proving them service. When went to collect the money to the residence of the Director of the Consultant center identified as Chongtham Chinglensana Meitei, the Clients were allegedly driven out even threatening them, said a client Kafiyat Khan while speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club.
He said, the director collected has collected Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- depending upon the job they applied for from each job seeker. They deposited the amount as they were assured to provide jobs at outside the state.
Five of the clients appeared today during the press meet however, Kafiyat Khan alleged that the Director Chinglensana had collected money from around 50 persons.
