Bodies of Chandel district namely Kuki Peoples Forum (KPF); Kuki Women Human Rights; Kuki Students Organisation; Zou Saangnaupang Pawlpi (ZSP); United Zou Organisation (UZO); Thadou Students Association (TSA) and Molnoi Area Welfare Council (MAWC) have paid homage to those who lost their lives in the CCpur incident.In a joint statement, the bodies also condemned the Ibobi-led State Government for the present law and order situation in the hill areas of the state. While, appreciating the four NPF MLAs who had tendered their resignation, it demanded direct termination of the state security personnel who are involved in the triggering of live bullet which led to loss of lives in CCpur.
