Buddha Purnima celebrated

All Manipur Buddhist Association (AMBA) today celebrated Buddha Purnima at Youth Welfare Club community hall, Ningomthong Sairom Leirak, Imphal East.
As a part of the celebration Buddhist in the state offer prayer and a meditation was carried out under the guidance of its leader Prof MS Ningomba.
Speaking on the occasion Professor MS Ningomba said that religion is for the good of the human being and if it fails to bring good bondage between one human being and another human being then there is no use for any religion. He further said that Religion should be for the good of the human being and for the welfare of the world community to bring peace and harmony among the people of the world.
