Thoubal, March 19: Association of Voluntary Blood Donor’s Manipur, Thoubal district branch and People Welfare Organisation, Thoubal Wangmataba in collaboration with Blood Bank and Transfusion Unit District Hospital Thoubal a one day Voluntary blood donation awareness campaign cum donation camp at People Welfare Organisation (PWO) Thoubal Wangmataba Mayai Leikai today.
The Programme was Sponsored by District Health Society Thoubal,the camp was organised with the theme “Gift Blood Save Life”.
Ch. Basanta DPM National Health Mission Thoubal; Ak.Sanatomba Vice-Charperson TMC Thoubal; Dr L. Dorendro Singh, MO in charge of Blood Bank Transfusion Unit District Hospital and Association for Voluntary Blood Donor Thoubal Branch Nabakumar attended the event as dignitaries.
A total of 25 people including one woman donated blood during the programme.
