The Election Manifesto Sub-Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Manipur Pradesh, in collaboration with representatives from districts and mandals, has completed the collection of Public Aspiration Boxes from various segments of society across Manipur. These boxes, brimming with the hopes and aspirations of the people, were formally presented to Tarun Chug, National General Secretary (Incharge Manifesto) BJP, at the BJP Headquarters in New Delhi. Asnikumar Singh, State Spokesperson of BJP Manipur Pradesh, and MLA RK Imo Singh, representing BJP Manipur, facilitated the handover ceremony.
M Asnikumar Singh, State Spokesperson of BJP Manipur Pradesh, underscored the importance of this endeavor, stating, “The aspirations of Manipur’s populace lie at the core of our party’s manifesto-building process. Through this collaborative initiative, we ensure that every citizen’s voice and concerns are acknowledged and integrated as we chart the path for the state’s future.”
This initiative aligns with the BJP’s nationwide program, “Your Vision, Your Dream, Your Manifesto,” which seeks to gather the aspirations of the people for incorporation into the party’s manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The heartfelt aspirations collected from across Manipur reflect the desires and apprehensions of its residents, offering valuable insight into their vision for a promising future.
The meticulously compiled aspirations, representing the pulse of Manipur, will be expeditiously transmitted to the Central BJP Office in New Delhi. A delegation comprising 23 members of the Election Manifesto Sub-Committee will oversee the swift delivery of these aspirations for consideration in the formulation of the party’s manifesto.
BJP Manipur Pradesh remains steadfast in its commitment to assimilating the voices and aspirations of the people into its roadmap for the state’s progress and advancement.
