Kidnapping, threatening, booth capturing are the means that they employed during the election.
Despite of BJP’s appeal to underground groups not to disturb the election, they came out of came out of their designated camps created havoc.
Most of the uncontested candidates were from BJP however they were forced to join the Congress or NPF under gun point. The state Home Minister should clarify on the nature of winning the election without contest by congress and NFP candidates, he demanded.
It is the responsibility of the state home department to control the armed groups who have signed the SoS with the government.
