Traffic along Imphal -Ukhrul road came to a grinding halt today from 9.00 am to 1 pm as students of Birmangol college today blocked road infront of thier college. The student union of the college called the bandh in protest against the non fulfilment of the college principal. Students union representatives said that they have submitted memorandum in the connection to govt. authority.
