Chairman of banned KCP-PWG, Laishram Mangoljao Singh @ Lamyanba Khuman S/o Laishram Mano Singh of Awang Khunou Mayai Leikai and his associate Hijbur Rahman @ Ithemcha Lokhon @ Boby S/o Md. Babu R/o Sora Maning Leikal from district Kakching, Manipur who were arrested from Delhi by a team of Manipur Police and Delhi Police were brought today at Imphal.
Lamyanba Khuman was brought at Air Asia flight N. I5- 783 that landed here in Imphal Airport at 10.30 am today while Hijbur Rahman was brought at another Air Asia flight No. I5-788 that landed at 1.30 pm
