AR inaugurates multipurpose building with two toilets

In continuation of its welfare activities, 11 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organized an inauguration ceremony of construction of multipurpose building of size 40 feet x 25 feet with two toilet blocks at Chikkim village at Moreh, Tengnoupal District, Manipur under Military Civic Action (Op Sadbhavana) Project for the financial year 2016-17 on 16 May 2018. A total of 95 persons from the area will be benefited by this project. This welfare scheme was inaugurated by Colonel R S Rawat, Commandant, 11 Assam Rifles. This endeavour received huge appreciation from village Chief of Chikkim Village and the local populace.
These type of activities strengthen the bonds between security forces and local populace of the area and enhances the image of Assam Rifles.
