Ambulance donated under MPLADS handed over to IRCS Kakching

An ambulance donated under the MP Local Area Development Scheme 2024–25 by Lok Sabha MP Dr. Angomcha Bimol Akoijam for disaster and road casualty services was handed over to the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Kakching District Branch. The ambulance was handed over to the members of the IRCS Kakching District Branch by Rohit Anand, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Kakching and President of the IRCS Kakching District Branch.
The newly donated ambulance will be stationed at Kakching Bazar to cater to the needs of the public and a dedicated phone number will be provided soon for public use.
On the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Rohit Anand donated a sum of Rs. 20,000 to the Corpus Fund of the Indian Red Cross Society, Kakching District Branch.
