AMBBA felicitates Dr. S. Ibomcha Singh on promotion to IPS

The All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) today felicitated Dr. S. Ibomcha Singh, IPS, at its office in Khuman Lampak, on the occasion of his promotion to the Indian Police Service (IPS).
Dr. Ibomcha Singh, a distinguished officer and sports enthusiast, has been closely associated with bodybuilding since his early days. He has won numerous medals at district- and state-level competitions, earning recognition not only for his athletic achievements but also for promoting the sport among youth in Manipur.
In addition to his sporting accomplishments, Dr. Ibomcha Singh has played a key role in the development of bodybuilding in the state. As a bona fide State Judge of the AMBBA, he has contributed to the organization and adjudication of various competitions, helping to raise standards and encourage budding athletes.
