AI, Quantum Computing and Skill-Based Education explored

3C IT Solutions & Telecoms India Limited, Pune, in collaboration with Savitribai Phule Pune University and AMD University, organised an Academic Accelerator Program at JW Marriott, SB Road, Pune, to explore the use of advanced technologies in higher education.

The programme, AMD University’s first initiative in India, focused on accelerating academics through Artificial Intelligence, Centre of Excellence (CoE) development, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity and practical skill-based teaching.

The event brought together vice chancellors, academicians, administrators and research scientists from leading universities and research institutions, including Savitribai Phule Pune University, Shivaji University, Raisoni University and Balaji University.

During the programme, participants discussed strategies for integrating emerging technologies into academic curricula and strengthening innovation-driven education. The AMD Centre of Excellence, established by 3C IT Solutions & Telecoms India Limited as the first such initiative in India, has conducted practical training programmes in more than 100 centres across the country, covering areas such as Electric Vehicles (EVs), Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics and Automation.

Managing Director and Founder of 3C IT Solutions & Telecoms India Limited, Shri Rannjit Maayengbam, stressed the need for practical and technology-driven education in government institutions. He called for the strengthening of technology infrastructure in schools and colleges and advocated the deployment of trained instructors to support the objectives of the National Education Policy and prepare students for future careers and entrepreneurship.

AMD University is also exploring collaborations with universities and colleges across India, with 3C IT Solutions & Telecoms India Limited serving as a facilitating partner for academic and research partnerships.
