ADC repoll not free or fair: Chaoba

The re-poll of ADC election which was conducted yesterday was not free and fair, the ruling government is trying to seize the ADCs seats forcefully by using state force and armed groups: the above statement was made by Th Chaoba -President of BJB Manipur Pradesh in a press meet held its head office.
He further said that the congress government is using state force to conduct proxy vote without allowing any voter to exercise their voting rights. He added that anyone can witness the reality by visiting the Youyantek village near Bisnupur, where the villagers without ink marker on their fingers bearing testimony to the fact. He further mentions that there are reports of unwanted incidents during the election especially in BJP dominated areas.
He stated that BJP will get more seats than Congress despite the kidnappings, abusing of state force and armed groups for proxy and torturing people by the ruling Congress. However Congress may form the Council by undemocratically buying or coercing winning independent seats.
He further condemned the Chandel incident where 18 Dogra army personnel were killed and many injured, blaming the state government for failing to develop proper transportable road for security personnel, and it is for that reason that the army chief Dalbir Singh Suhag did not meet Chief minister during his visit to the state. He said that the state government failed to control law and order situation in Manipur.
