In commemoration of the 9th anniversary of Seva Sushasan and Garib Kalyan, a three-day photo exhibition was launched today at the SS Mohring Memorial Multi-Purpose Hall in Mantripantha, Chandel. Organized by the Central Bureau of Communication Field Office, Chandel, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, as part of its Integrated Communication and Outreach Program, the event aims to highlight the achievements and initiatives of the government.
The inaugural event was attended by Mayanglambam Rajkumar IAS, DC Chandel, Hemant Pandey IPS, SP Chandel, Dr. Engam Pame IIS, Regional Director PIB/CBC Imphal Region, Mothel Saka Jr. MCS, SDC Chandel, Joshep Longjam, DIO Chandel, SS. Bemong Lamkhang, Chief of Mantripantha Village, and Dr. Amarson Sankhil, Principal JNV Chandel, as presidium members.
Addressing the audience during the inauguration, Mayanglambam Rajkumar IAS urged the public to extend their support to the various government programs and initiatives aimed at the welfare of the people. He emphasized the importance of governmental efforts reaching the grassroots level, stating, “We are here working and drawing salary so that such opportunities given by the government reach the people, and the people should be aware of this.”
