The RPF’s 45th Independence Demand Day has been held today, the 25th February 2024, Sunday in and outside Manipur at all the units, departments and stations of the RPF and its army wing, PLA said a release made by Roben Khuman, Deputy Secretary Publicity, Revolutionary People’s Front. The Day was also observed in all the divisions of the Central Bureau of the RPF by putting up flags of the Party, festoons and red stars, it added.
The main function of the Day was hoisting of the Party Flag and read out the message of the Acting President, Mm. Ngouba addressed to oppressed and struggling people of Manipur and offering revolutionary salute to those PLA martyrs who laid down their lives for safeguarding the sovereignty of Manipur, the release said. On this solemn occasion on the observance of the 45th Anniversary, the RPF urged all the indigenous people to unite to put forward the people’s struggle and coexist peacefully.
