30 vocational trades open at Recent Coaching centre

Imphal, May 2 : 30 vocational trades were opened at the Recent Coaching Centre, Sagoltongba in Imphal West. Inauguration of the vocational trades in the coaching center was attended by S Rajen, Deputy Chairman, State Planning Board & Chairman Handloom and handicrafts development Corporation Ltd as the chief guest while advisor of the JAC for Upliftment of Recent Hr. Secondary School Chongtham Mohan Singh presided over the function.
Ch. Ongbi L Bijentimala Devi , for member Adhyaksha, Mutum Ongbi Sanahanbi Devi  Member Zilla Parishad Awang Khunou  and S. Joy Singh, President of JAC for Upliftment of Recent Hr. Secondary School attended as guest of honours.
Speaking on the occasion S Rajen, Deputy Chairman, State Planning Board & Chairman Handloom and handicrafts development Corporation Ltd said that the BJP led government is working out modalities to check the financial expenditure of government department. Expressing serious concern over the decline in popularity of government schools, S. Rajen said that the government is looking after on what went wrong. All possible measures to improve government schools will be taken up soon, Rajen assured.
