When have the Transport Dept. given permission to issue DL to a 16 yrs old kids ? Are the locals given any right to thrash the driver of the truck and take law into their own hand when a minor is at fault – a 16 year old , 3 riders on a scooter and I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have a helmet on. Its sad to hear that the students were declared death on the way to RIMS but its disgusting that the driver was to take all the blame and the locals acted in a barbaric way. We the people of Manipur just love to be involved in anything which involve violence and we need to stop that before our state comes into chaos. #peace
