2nd Kakching Night Plaza to be held on October 19

In view of the upcoming Ningol Chakouba and to provide affordable prices for a variety of products, the District Administration Kakching, in collaboration with the Kakching Municipal Council, will organize the 2nd Kakching Night Plaza on October 19. The announcement was made by Y. Rajendra, President of the Kakching Bazar Business Welfare Association (KBBWA), during a press meet at the Auditorium Hall of Kakching Municipal Council.
Rajendra urged interested vendors to register and participate in the Night Plaza by obtaining the registration form.
Speaking at the press meet, N. Sanjitkumar, Caretaker Chairperson of Kakching Municipal Council, highlighted the historical significance of the Kakching Keithel, noting that it has long served as a central gathering point for residents of twelve villages in the southern region. He said that the Keithel is being developed in line with modern times through joint efforts by the Municipal Council and KBBWA.
Sanjitkumar added that the Night Plaza aims to offer residents affordable products while providing business opportunities for local shopkeepers. He appealed to people living in the surrounding areas to actively participate in the event.
The press meet was also attended by other representatives from the Kakching Municipal Council and the Kakching Bazar Business Welfare Association.
