Imphal, July 26: A team of Imphal West Police Commando arrested a PREPAK –PRO cadre Paona Bazar area on the evening of July 24. The arrested cadre has been identified as Loitongbam Premananda (30) son of Birchandra of Thoubal Hoakha Mamang Leikai. A mobile hand set was recovered from him. The Police team further arrested another member of the outfit after interrogating him on the same evening. The arrested person has been identified as Khangabam Gandhi @ Charang (40), son of K Mutum of Charangpat Mamang Leikai. Three detonators were recovered by the police team from his possession.
