2 non-local added in voters list

While the state is agitating to implement a permit system for non-Manipuris in the state, two people from Nepal has been enrolled in the voters list under Singjamei Assembly Constituency.
The two Nepali identified as Kamal Setha (31) from Nepal, s/o Bal Bahadur and his wife Maya were found enrolled in the voter list at Singjamei Khetri Leikai, Ward No 16, polling station 1 and 2.
