Locals of Luwangshangbam area rounded up 12 more non-locals while they were travelling in a winger vehicle bearing registration number MN-07 B 0334 at the area. The driver of the vehicle has been identified as MD Ajit. On being interrogation, the all the non locals were turn out to be tiles workers engage for a construction firm near 2nd Bn Manipur Rifle compound. Among them 5 are from Bihar and 7 are from West Bengal. The non-locals were later handed over to the members of the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System Manipur. Locals of Luwangsangbam area while speaking to media persons expressed their desires to send back the non locals to Dimapur where they had been transported from.
