Imphal, July 31: Combine troop of Thoubal Police Commando and 2 Assam Rifles apprehended a KYKL activist from Thoubal Awang Leikai at around 9.25 am of Wednesday. The apprehended activist has been identified as Nongthombam Rashanta @ Tangba (34), son of N. Padmashi of Huikap Makha Leikai in Imphal East under Yairipok Police Station. Police said, one 9 mm pistol along with 4 rounds of ammunitions was recovered from him.
