1. Raag Goonkari or Raag Goonkali: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Goonkari or Raag Goonkali is one of the most beautiful and melodious Pantatonic base classical Raag which belongs to the Bheirava Thaath. It is an Audava-Audava Jati Raag having re & dha (Resharva & Dheiwata Komol ) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Dha, Samvadi Swara is Re, Anuvadi Swaras are Sa, Ma &Pa, and Vivadi Swaras are Re, ga, Ga, Dha, ni & Ni respectively. It is an Uttaranga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is the early morning and one of the Samprakirtik Raag of this Raag is Raag Jogiya.
2. Raag Aheera Bheirava: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Aheera Bheirava is also one of the most beautiful and melodious classical Raag which belongs to the Bheirava Thaath. It is a Sampurna-Sampurna Jati Raag having re & ni (Resharva and Nishad Komol) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Ma, Samvadi Swara is Sa, Anuvadi Swaras are re, Ga, Pa, Dha & Ni, and Vivadi Swaras are Re, ga, ma’, dha & ni respectively. It is also an Uttaranga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is also the early morning and some of the Samprakirtik Raags of this Raag are Raag Ananda Bheirava, Raag Khamaj, Raag Kafi, etc,.
3. Raag Ananda Bheirava: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Ananda Bheirava is also one of the most beautiful and melodious classical Raag which belongs to the Bheirava Thaath. It is also a Sampurna-Sampurna Jati Raag having re (Resharva Komol) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Ma, Samvadi Swara is Sa, Anuvadi Swaras are re, Ga, Pa, Dha &Ni, and Vivadi Swaras are Re, ga, ma’, dha & ni respectively. It is a Poorvanga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is the third segment of the night and some of the Samprakirtik Raags of this Raag are Raag Aheera Bheirava, Raag Bheirava, etc,.
4. Raag Gouri Bheirava: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Gouri Bheirava is also one of the most beautiful and melodious classical Raag which belongs to the Bheirava Thaath. It is a Sadava-Sampurna Jati Raag having re & dha (Resharva and Dheiwata Komol) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Re, Samvadi Swara is Pa, Anuvadi Swaras are Sa, Ga, Ma, dha & Ni, and Vivadi Swaras are Re, ga, ma’, Dha & ni respectively. It is also a Poorvanga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is also the evening segments.
5. Raag Jeitashri: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Jeitashri is also one of the most beautiful and melodious classical Raag which belongs to the Poorvi Thaath. It is an Audava-Sampurna Jati Raag having re & dha (Resharva & Dheiwata Komol), ma’ (Teevra Madhyam) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Ga, Samvadi Swara is Ni, Anuvadi Swaras are Sa, re, ma’, Pa & Dha, and Vivadi Swaras are Re, ga, Ma, Dha & ni respectively. It is a Poorvanga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is also the second segment of the evening and some of the Samprakirtik Raags of this Raag are Raag Jeita, Raag Shri, etc,.
6. Raag Bhatiyar or Raag Bhatiyari: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Bhatiyar or Raag Bhatiyari is also one of the most beautiful and melodious classical Raag which belongs to the Marwa Thaath. It is also an Audava-Sampurna Jati Raag having re (Resharva Komol), both Madhyam (Ma & ma’ Teevra Madhyam) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Ma, Samvadi Swara is Sa, Anuvadi Swaras are re, Ga, Pa, Dha & Ni, and Vivadi Swaras are Re, ga, dha & ni respectively. It is an Uttaranga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is the early morning and one of the Samprakirtik Raag of this Raag is RaagMand.
7. Raag Abhogi: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Abhogi is one of the most beautiful and melodious Pantatonic base classical Raag which belongs to the Kafi Thaath. It is also an Audava-Audava Jati Raag having ga (Gandhar Komol) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Sa, Samvadi Swara is Ma, Anuvadi Swaras are Re, ga & Dha, and Vivadi Swaras are re, Ga, ma’, Pa, dha, ni & Ni respectively. It is also a Poorvanga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is also the last segment of the night and one of the Samprakirtik Raag of this Raag is Raag Abhogi Kanada.
8. Raag Peelu: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Peelu is also one of the most beautiful and melodious classical Raag which belongs to the Kafi Thaath. It is a Sampurna-Sampurna Jati Raag having ga & dha (Gandhar and Dheiwata Komol), both Nishad (Ni Sudha & ni Komol) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Ga, Samvadi Swara is Ni, Anuvadi Swaras are Sa, Re, ga & Dha, and Vivadi Swaras are re, Ga, ma’, Pa, dha, ni & Ni respectively. It is also a Poorvanga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is also the last segment of the night and one of the Samprakirtik Raag of this Raag is Raag Kafi.
9. Raag Malgoonji: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Malgoonji is also one of the most beautiful and melodious classical Raag which belongs to the Kafi Thaath. It is a Sadava-Sampurna Jati Raag having both Gandhara & Nishad (Ga-Ni Sudha & ga-ni Komol) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Ma, Samvadi Swara is Sa, Anuvadi Swaras are Re, ga, Ga, Pa, Dha, ni & Ni, and Vivadi Swaras are re, ma’ & dha respectively. It is also a Poorvanga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is also the second segment of the evening and some of the Samprakirtik Raags of this Raag are Raag Bageshri, Raag Rageshri, etc,.
10. Raag Shivaranjani: In North Indian Classical Music, the Raag Shivaranjani is also one of the most sensitive, beautiful and melodious Pantatonic base classical Raag which belongs to the Kafi Thaath. It is also purely an Audava-Audava Jati Raag having ga (Gandhar Komol) and all the other remaining Sangeet Swaras are natural. The Vadi Swara of this Raag is Pa, Samvadi Swara is Sa, Anuvadi Swaras are Re, ga & Dha, and Vivadi Swaras are re, Ga, Ma, ma’, dha, ni & Ni respectively. It is also a Poorvanga Prabesh Raag and the singing time of this Raag is the midnight.
