JNN Jiribam, August 31: The 3 day Awareness & Sensitization programme of Panchayat Functionaries which began yesterday is being underway at the meeting hall of PWD Guest House Jiriba. The Programme was jointly organized by the Manipur State Panchayat Parishad (MSPP), Porompat and The Block Panchayat Parishad, Jiribam C.D. BlockOn the first day, the programme was attended by Shri. Itobi Singh, President, Manipur State Panchayat Parishad and Shri. P. Mani Singh, Pradhan, Dibong Gram Panchayat; Shri. Routhang Hmar, Pradhan, Lathingkhal Gram Panchayat; Smti. Bina Devi, Pradhan Hilghat Gram Panchayat as a president and Guest of Honours respectively.During the programme the resources persons delivered their speech on the functions of each organs of Panchayati Raj.
