Driver died as truck falls into 200 ft. depth gorge

A driver of a Tata truck died today morning after the truck that he was driving felt into a gorge at near Lukhambi Part II at NH-37 in Tamenglong district. The truck felt around 200 ft into the gorge, report reaching here said. Three other occupants of the truck sustained serious injury in the accident. The truck was on service for the railway construction work. The deceased driver has been identified as Khaidem Naoton, son of Mocha of Kumbi Waithou road.
