Maoist to make Lamlai a Revolutionary Model village

Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has announced to make Lamlai area as model village of revolution.
In a statement, Nonglen Meitei of the banned armed group said that the people of Lamlai area have expressed their gratitude to recent attack to a camp of Suspension of Operation signatory underground group at Napetpali. The camp which was built inside an educational institute was attack by a team of Red Guards.
Napetpali is the birth place of Maoist leader Napet Selung, who died during the movement led by Lamyanba Irabot.Apart from attacking the camp, Maoist will also work for the people of the area while providing the basic amenities, said the statement.
As part of the continuing reformation, Maoist said that it will take action against three persons namely Irungbam Rabichandra of Pungdongbam AwangLeikai, Achoibam Deben of Lamlai and SaikhomTomba of Challou village for their corrupt activities in the area.
Rabichandra illegally collect a large number of money from FCS agents of Lamlai area, while Deben took all the rations from the government. Tomba is the one who converted Biramangol College a place for his corrupt activities and making money, Maoist alleged.
While, it also appreciated the staffs of Lamlai Primary Health Center and Sawombung Primary Health Center for their effortless service in making the health center a better place.
